Key Responsibilities:
Business Growth & Strategy:
- Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve company goals.
- Identify new markets, trends, and business opportunities.
- Conduct competitive analysis to stay ahead in the industry.

Lead Generation & Client Acquisition:
- Generate and qualify leads through various channels, including networking, referrals, and digital marketing.
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Oversee the proposal development process, ensuring timely and high-quality submissions.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals that align with company objectives.
Team Leadership & Coordination:
- Supervise and mentor the business development team to ensure productivity and performance.
- Set clear objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the team.
- Organize regular training sessions to enhance the team’s sales and negotiation skills.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product development teams to align business goals.
Market Research & Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and industry trends.
- Provide insights and recommendations for product or service development based on market demands.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of business strategies and make necessary adjustments.
Reporting & Performance Management:
- Prepare regular reports on business development activities, performance metrics, and sales forecasts.

Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
- Proven experience in team leadership and strategic planning.
