Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver structured training sessions on bridge and tunnel design, construction, and maintenance.
- Develop course materials, presentations, case studies, and practical examples.
- Provide hands-on demonstrations and real-world applications.
- Engage with trainees through interactive discussions and problem-solving exercises.
- Assess and evaluate participants’ progress through assignments or quizzes.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends, codes, and standards to enhance course content.
- Address trainee inquiries and provide mentorship where needed.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in bridge and tunnel design, construction, or inspection.
- Prior experience in training, lecturing, or mentoring engineers is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of international and regional bridge and tunnel design standards (e.g., AASHTO, Eurocodes, BS, etc.).
- Proficiency in relevant software such as MIDAS, CSI Bridge, SAP2000, STAAD.Pro, or similar tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain complex engineering concepts in a simple and engaging manner.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in training, teaching, or professional development courses.
- Experience working on large-scale bridge and tunnel projects.
- Familiarity with construction methodologies, structural analysis, and material selection.
