Job Description
Data Management and Reporting
- CRM System Maintenance: Manage and maintain the CRM system, ensuring accurate data entry, reporting, and updates.
- Lead Distribution: Distribute leads to sales agents daily based on Engosoft distribution policy.
- Sales Reporting: Prepare detailed weekly and monthly sales reports and analytics to track KPIs and identify improvement areas.
- Reporting Development: Assist in developing and implementing new reporting methods to enhance sales understanding.
- Report Collection: Collect and organize weekly and monthly reports.
- Business Meeting Participation: Engage in business meetings.
 Sales Process Optimization
- Sales Flow Analysis: Analyze sales flow, identify automation opportunities, and improve efficiency.
- Lead Management: Qualify and distribute leads to appropriate sales representatives.
- Issue Investigation: Follow up and investigate daily sales issues between sales agent teams, such as overlapping customer cases.
- Customer Support: Provide support during onboarding and after-sales follow-up to ensure customer engagement with the Ingosoft culture.
Communication and Training
- Cross-Department Coordination: Establish effective communication with sales representatives, team leaders, managers, and other departments to streamline processes.
- Training Programs: Facilitate training programs and workshops for new sales representatives on CRM usage, reporting procedures, and corporate policies in collaboration with the training team.
Administrative Tasks
- Human Resources Coordination: Manage administrative tasks related to HR for sales staff, including:- New employee onboarding and supplies
- Training coordination
- Salary closures
- Staff documentation
 
- IT Management: Resolve technical issues with IT management.
- Account Management: Oversee the closing and management of payroll invoices, commissions, and incentives.
Achieving Sales Targets
- Goal Achievement: Monitor and ensure that sales employees achieve target goals and optimal use of the sales process.
 
Must Have
- Bachelor Degree or Higher
- Passion for software products
- Perfect written English
- Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
- Proven work experience as a Sales administrator or Sales support agent
- Afternoon shift
Nice to have
- Certification in Marketing, Sales or relevant field is a plus
- Power PI experience
- Strong analytical skills
