Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement multi-channel performance marketing strategies (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).

- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other analytics platforms.

- Run continuous A/B tests and optimize campaigns to maximize ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) and lead generation.

- Manage and allocate advertising budgets efficiently to meet KPIs and business goals.

- Define and refine target audience segments based on behavioral and demographic data.

- Collaborate with content creators and designers to ensure messaging consistency and effective creative execution.

- Stay updated with trends and new tools in the digital marketing landscape.

- Conduct competitive analysis, especially within the education industry, to identify growth opportunities.

- Work closely with product and sales teams to align marketing campaigns with educational offerings.

- Track and report on campaign metrics like Cost Per Lead (CPL) and Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), particularly for online learning or educational programs.
Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in performance marketing, including at least 2 years in the education sector.
- Hands-on experience managing paid campaigns on Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and LinkedIn.

- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, SEMrush, or similar.

- Experience with CRMs (e.g., Hubspot, Zoho) is a plus.

- Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously under tight deadlines.
