 Key Responsibilities:


  1. Develop and implement multi-channel performance marketing strategies (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).

  2. Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other analytics platforms.

  3. Run continuous A/B tests and optimize campaigns to maximize ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) and lead generation.

  4. Manage and allocate advertising budgets efficiently to meet KPIs and business goals.

  5. Define and refine target audience segments based on behavioral and demographic data.

  6. Collaborate with content creators and designers to ensure messaging consistency and effective creative execution.

  7. Stay updated with trends and new tools in the digital marketing landscape.

  8. Conduct competitive analysis, especially within the education industry, to identify growth opportunities.

  9. Work closely with product and sales teams to align marketing campaigns with educational offerings.

  10. Track and report on campaign metrics like Cost Per Lead (CPL) and Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), particularly for online learning or educational programs.

 Requirements:


  • Minimum 5 years of experience in performance marketing, including at least 2 years in the education sector.
  • Hands-on experience managing paid campaigns on Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and LinkedIn.

  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, SEMrush, or similar.

  • Experience with CRMs (e.g., Hubspot, Zoho) is a plus.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously under tight deadlines.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
