Assist in the development of sales department’s strategic plan • Develop and maintain relationships with customers • Build and motivate sales department • Define and ensure high performance standards • Provide feedback on sales activities, participate in ongoing sales training • Ensure proper training is in place • Coordinate daily sales activities • Develop, maintain, and deliver sales forecasts • Implement commercial proposals • Develop and oversee sales action plans • Oversee and manage both quality and volume of new customer acquisition • Coordinate daily workflow for a team of direct sales representatives • Design and implement strategies and tactics to maximize conversion and revenue growth. • Develop and manage all outbound and inbound sales efforts • Develop and lead a team to achieve goals
